Q: What is your Terms and Conditions?

A: Test fit the wheels before you mount the tires. If you mount the tires on the wheels then you own them – no exceptions please. Shipping charges are non-refundable. We highly recommend our customers to call us prior to making a purchase to check all fitments are correct.

Color Matching: Color cannot be guaranteed on replacement rims. All of our supplier use computerized systems to match OEM color.

Q: Where is our warehouse?

A: We are located conveniently in the Midwest, close to Kansas City Missouri, which makes for faster freight. We are carrying 75% of our Stock at this location. We have business contracts with many depots & businesses close to your location for the fastest shipping.

Q: Can I pick up my purchase?

A: Yes, Our only pick up location is our MO warehouse. You are required to book an appointment prior to pick up.

Q: What is your rim quality?

A: We are a high quality retailer; we only retail after market JWL VIA certified rims or the OEM re-manufactured rims with one year suppliers warranty on manufacturing fault and anti corrosion. We only sell cast aluminum and forged aluminum rims to ensure quality. Can I purchase tire? Yes you can, we have many brands of tires in stock and our tires are competitively priced. We do not fit and balance tires on to rims. Purchaser will be responsible for this process at their own cost.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A: Our warehouse is in the center of USA so our shipping is competitively paced. Our FedEx & UPS Domestic Ground shipping service normally takes between 2-6 business days. We try to ship our items same day or next day from your nearest location .Next day Shipping is also available; please contact us if you need signature required delivery.

Q: There was a mistake in shipping, I received the wrong item. What do I do?

A: If you receive the wrong item, please call or email us to arrange a replacement. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label to return the incorrect item.

Q: I've received my item, but it was damaged in shipping. What do I do?

A: Call us immediately so we can file a damage claim with Shipper and arrange for a replacement to be shipped. FedEx & UPS will deny any damage claim if the item has been installed tire. If it is installed, it cannot be returned. International Buyer: International buyers are responsible for their tax & duties.

Return Policy: 14 days return with the original packaging & undamaged condition, buyers are responsible for every shipping cost.
